Further attested by the official A.P.I. title and reinforced by the constant training courses that are held annually at the A.P.I. Regional colleges, these courses are required for the incorporation of the real estate Agents to become legal experts.

The legal empowerment of the A.P.I. for this legal expert is stated in the Article 340 of the Civil Procedure Act.
