Property exhibitions, we believe are the most commonly used way to contact large volumes of consumers. we attend major international Real estate fairs  in countries such as Holland, Finland, Denmark, Germany, and in emerging markets like Malaysia, Dubai UAE, Mumbai (India), Singapore, although we do not forget the traditional markets like the British.

As a second option we promote  independent exhibitions, focused exhibitions and  "Road shows" several times a month, in luxury hotels in different parts of the world in countries that may provide us  with a large number of potential customers, since the specific properties, hotels or projects are presented in a more personal and unique way.

Potential customers are visited  in the country of origin before their trip to Spain.
At this stage we will ensure that all legal and financial aspects of a potential transaction are clear to them.

This is obtained from the initial consultation of potential customers at the promotional stand,  through the flight booking at the promotional stand to the inspection of the property and closing the sale.
